Our Products

What makes your teas different?
We use certified-organic herbs and spices, partner with farms we know, and blend in small batches. Every lot is tracked and packed in high-barrier kraft-foil pouches for freshness. No artificial flavors or sweeteners—ever.

Are your blends caffeine-free?
All are naturally caffeine-free unless a product page clearly says otherwise.

How do I brew your teas?

  • Hot infusion: 1–2 tsp loose tea per 8–12 oz hot water (just-off-boil). Cover and steep 10–15 minutes.

  • Strong/therapeutic cup: 1 Tbsp per 10 oz; steep 15–20 minutes.

  • Iced: Brew double-strength, then pour over ice.
    Also great for tinctures and infused oils if you like to DIY.

How many cups are in each bag? (approximate, based on 1–2 tsp per cup)

  • 2 oz: ~20–28 cups

  • 4 oz: ~40–56 cups

  • 8 oz: ~80–112 cups
    Yield varies with leaf vs. root/spice density.

How long do the herbs stay fresh?
Best by 12–24 months sealed; 12 months after opening. Store cool, dry, and dark; reseal after each use.

Where do you source ingredients?
From certified-organic farms and trusted importers with lot-level documentation and pesticide screening. Country of origin may vary by harvest.

Do you offer custom blends or private label?
Yes (MOQs apply). Email help@naturesholistichaven.com with your idea, target flavor/function, and bag size.

Allergen information?
We don’t add common allergens. However, some upstream suppliers may process in shared facilities. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering.

Is this medical advice?
No. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you’re pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Ways to Use Our Herbs (not just tea)

Tea / Infusion

How: 1–2 tsp per 8–12 oz hot water (just off boil). Cover and steep 10–15 min; strain.
Stronger cup: 1 Tbsp per 10 oz; 15–20 min.
Iced: brew double-strength, pour over ice.

Tincture (Alcohol)

How: Loosely fill a clean jar with dried herbs; cover with 40–50% alcohol by 1–2 inches. Label, store dark, shake daily, then strain after 4–6 weeks.
Use: Typically 1–2 ml (20–40 drops), 1–3× daily (check product cautions).

Glycerite (Alcohol-Free)

How: Mix 3 parts food-grade vegetable glycerin : 1 part water. Cover herbs by 1–2 inches with the mix, shake daily, strain at 4–6 weeks.
Tip: Best for kids or alcohol-sensitive users.

Infused Herbal Oil (Topical)

How (slow): 1 part dried herb : 5 parts carrier oil (olive, jojoba). Keep warm (95–110°F) or in a sunny spot 2–4 weeks; strain.
How (quick/warm): hold at 120–140°F for 4–8 hours; strain.
Use: Skin oils, salves, massage blends. (For external use.)

Strong Brew for Recipes

How: Make a double-strength tea; chill to use in broths, mocktails, smoothies, or ice pops.

Note: Some herbs extract best in water (tea), others in alcohol or oil. If you’re unsure which method suits a specific blend, email help@naturesholistichaven.com and we’ll help.

How long until my order ships?
Processing is 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking when it leaves our studio.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email help@naturesholistichaven.com ASAP with your order number. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx), After Pay, Klarna, Apple Pay/Google Pay (where available).

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available on the shop page.

Shipping & Delivery

Which carriers do you use and how are rates calculated?
Rates are shown in real time at checkout via USPS Ground Advantage (economy) and USPS Priority (faster). Prices are based on weight, distance, and package size.

Free shipping?
We currently offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders $99+ (continental U.S.). Threshold and regions may change during promotions.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Join our newsletter for updates.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it.
Check with household members and neighbors, then contact your local post office with the tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us—we’ll help investigate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for tea and herbs?
For safety and quality control, opened food products are not returnable. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery; email us for an RMA and instructions.

What about damaged items?
Snap a quick photo and email help@naturesholistichaven.com within 7 days — we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Digital Downloads (eBooks)

How do I access my files?
A download link is sent by email immediately after purchase. Save the files to your device for offline access.

Can I return a digital product?
Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded.

License / usage rights?
For personal use (and classroom/clinic use by the purchaser, if specified on the product page). Resale, redistribution, or repackaging is not permitted.

Taxes

Will I be charged sales tax?
We use automated, destination-based tax calculation. Tea and digital goods are taxed according to your delivery address and local law.

Wholesale & Bulk

Do you sell wholesale?
We do. Send your business details + resale certificate to help@naturesholistichaven.com for pricing, MOQs, and lead times.

Can you supply in bulk (by the pound)?
For most ingredients, yes — availability depends on the harvest cycle. Tell us your target herbs and volumes.
