Root decoction (strong): 1 Tbsp per 10 oz; simmer 10–15 min, cover 10 min, strain.
Cups per bag: ~16 / 32 / 64 cups (2 / 4 / 8 oz) with standard brew; ~14 / 28 / 56 when decocted strong.Also suitable for tinctures and infused oils—see FAQ for simple methods.
